Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, but the noise from the corridor on the 2nd floor made it hard to rest properly. The service, especially from Peter at the front desk, was outstanding. The location was great, close to major sites, but the bathroom was a downside. The dining was basic, but okay for the price paid.
The hotel offers a peaceful stay near main attractions, with helpful staff. The dining is satisfactory, but with limited options. A good value for money choice.
My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious, equipped with an extra bed for 3 adults and a modern bathroom, although they were smaller than what was shown in the Booking images. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very helpful, providing maps, and offering professional and friendly assistance. The location was superb, very close to La Rambla and the University Metro station, with plenty of inexpensive food options around. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not great value for money. Though the hotel did cost 15 euro for dining, we opted to explore the nearby options instead. Despite this, for a quick 2-night stay for a post-cruise visit to Barcelona, the hotel served its purpose well.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I stayed in was quite noisy being on the 2nd floor with loud guests in the corridor and next to the elevator, but it did have a nice balcony. The service was generally good, especially thanks to Peter who was very helpful, although there was one less satisfying interaction. The location was convenient for sightseeing and dining options, but could do with better soundproofing. The dining was okay, with basic options. The facilities were decent overall.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were tidy, well-equipped, and had a pop of vibrant color lighting, plus a delightful patio to enjoy the afternoon sun. The views might not be the best, but sitting outside the cozy room was a joy. The service was top-notch, with staff that were not only helpful and friendly but also accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in. The location was superb, close to shopping streets, metro stations, and with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience, while not extravagant, offered a decent selection of food. Overall, a delightful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located near Placa de Catalunya and within walking distance of various transportation options, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms, despite being clean and bright, suffered from significant noise issues that impacted the overall stay. The dining experience was decent, but with limited options and higher prices, there are better alternatives nearby.
My room looked onto the back of the hotel, so no view, but hey, I can't have everything. However, it had an excellent patio with afternoon sun. The poor views were compensated by the nice outdoor sitting area. I was on the first floor near the exit, facing a courtyard that anyone could enter, which made me a bit uneasy. The price was vastly overpriced.
